1^st part of sea trip

The Christina departs from Paleros harbour at 9.30am, and travels down the Meganisi channel to the cave of Papanikolis.  After a brief stop for photographs and to hear the fascinating story of the cave, we move on to swim on the deserted island of Formekula.

2^nd part of sea trip

Next stop is the tiny village of Kastos, with its traditional stone houses amongst the olive groves.  With only 30 full time residents, a visit to this island is a step back in time.  Here, guests are free to have wander around, and enjoy a drink in one of the tavernas.  Sailing on to the beach of Limni on Kastos, there is plenty of time for relaxing, swimming and sunbathing.  Guests will be served their lunch, with wine and soft drinks.

In the afternoon, after exploring the village of Kalamos, we will visit the beach of Asproyiali for a swim in its crystal clear waters below the island’s ancient pine forest.

Before returning to Paleros, we visit the famous island of Skorpios, with a final swim and plenty of intriguing information about the Onassis family.

In summary:  A relaxing cruise on a luxury traditional sailing boat, with sun beds.  Four stops for swimming, two traditional villages, stunning scenery and tranquil beaches. Snorkeling and swimming aids provided.  On-board guide providing fascinating local history and the Skorpios/Onassis story.  Morning drink, lunch with wine and soft drinks included.
