Arrive at Larnaca Airport in Cyprus, where your Biblical Tour following the footsteps of Apostle Paul and Barnabas begins.

Transfer to your hotel for rest and refreshment, preparing for the inspiring Christian pilgrimage journey through Cyprus and Greece ahead.

Day 2 Ancient Salamis

Today we explore Ancient Salamis, the first stop of Paul and Barnabas’ First Missionary Journey recorded in Acts 13:1-5. Arriving from Antioch of Syria, the apostles preached the Gospel in the Jewish synagogues of Cyprus, beginning the spread of Christianity in the Mediterranean world.

Salamis is also strongly connected to Apostle Barnabas, a native of Cyprus and founder of the Church of Cyprus. According to Christian tradition he was martyred here in 61 AD, and his relics are believed to rest in the nearby Monastery of St. Barnabas.

We walk through the impressive ruins of the ancient city including the Temple of Zeus, the grand Roman theatre, gymnasium, baths, and water system, revealing the importance of Salamis in Biblical history and early Christianity.

Overnight stay in Limassol.

Day 3 Ancient Paphos – Greece: Thessaloniki

Today we travel to Ancient Paphos, an important location in the missionary journey of Apostle Paul and Barnabas. According to Acts 13:6-12, after preaching across Cyprus they arrived in Paphos where Paul confronted the sorcerer Elymas and converted Sergius Paulus, the Roman proconsul.

At this moment Saul is first called Paul, marking a turning point in his ministry.
Our visit includes the spectacular Roman villas of Dionysus, Orpheus, Aion and Theseus, famous for their magnificent mosaics. We also explore the Agora, Asklepion, Odeon, theatre, and the Basilica of Panagia Limeniotissa.

A highlight is St. Paul’s Pillar, where tradition says the apostle was flogged before continuing to preach Christianity in Cyprus.

In the evening we fly to Thessaloniki, Greece, continuing our Biblical Footsteps of Apostle Paul Tour.

Day 4 Philippi – Kavala – Lydia

This morning we depart for Kavala (ancient Neapolis), the port where Apostle Paul first arrived in Europe during his Second Missionary Journey (Acts 16:11). From here we continue to Philippi, one of the most important destinations on any Biblical Tour of Greece.

In Philippi, Paul preached his first sermon in Europe, baptized Lydia – the first European Christian convert, and was later imprisoned with Silas before their miraculous release (Acts 16:12-40).

Walking through the ruins we explore the Roman forum, marketplace, basilicas, and theatre, discovering the city’s great biblical and historical significance.

A highlight is the peaceful Baptistry of Lydia, marking the birth of Christianity in Europe. We also visit the prison of Apostle Paul, reflecting on his unwavering faith.

Day 5 Thessaloniki – Veria – Vergina

Our city tour includes the White Tower, Rotunda, ancient Byzantine walls, and the Jewish Museum and synagogue, highlighting the city’s multicultural and Biblical heritage.

We continue to Veria (Biblical Berea) where Paul preached after leaving Thessaloniki. The Bereans welcomed his teaching and examined the Scriptures daily (Acts 17:10-15). Here we visit the Bema of Apostle Paul and the church dedicated to him.

Next we travel to Vergina, ancient capital of Macedonia and UNESCO World Heritage Site, where the Royal Tomb of Philip II, father of Alexander the Great, was discovered.
